Your profile

• Should be B.E/ B Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
• Having Basic Knowledge about the Recip Compressor and its components.
• Minimum 4 Years experience in the same kind of field.
• Basic commercial knowledge
• Having good planning and presentation skill

Your responsibilities

• To support the services by managing and keeping all technical reports receiving from FSR and Clients.
• Data Entry (Utilization Hours) in Primavera web tool and SAP
• SAP Knowledge
• Draft Invoice Raising for Services and forwarding to Finance team
• Inter-Department Co-ordination
• Co-ordination with FSRs and provide Back Office Support
• PR creation and follow-up for Job orders with inter-department.
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, and other MS World.
• MIS Report preparation
• Present the FS Data in terms of Order, New Opportunity, Execution, Payment received to the FS Management
• WBS Creation
• SO Creation
