GE Healthcare is hiring for Electrical Engineer

• B.S/ B.Tech / Masters degree in Electrical /Electronics Engineering with 3 + years experience
• Experience in Digital, Analog, Power and microcontroller/Microprocessor based design
• Experienced in Board design and layout tools like Cadence, Allegro
• Experienced in End to End Electronic Hardware development cycle.
• Working experience with PWA (Printed Wire Assembly) /PWB (Printed Wire Board) and subsystem design techniques for EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) design and simulation tool experience
• Knowledge of UL (Underwriters Laboratories) /ETL (extract, transform, load) /IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) standards and how they apply to designs
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet aggressive reliability, performance, cost, serviceability, and delivery targets
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Global project experience

As a Electrical Engineer, you will :

• Design of Electronic boards and interconnects comprising Digital, Analog, Power and microcontroller/Microprocessor based design
• Troubleshoot and Design improvements for Customer/Field issues
• Continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives.
• Engage in end to end Product development life cycle including Concept, architecture, Prototype, Documentation, Testing, Supply chain, Manufacturing and Service Support
• Design updates & build boards, Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) Analysis, Pre-compliance test, Documentation - High level design document (HDD), DVP (Design for Verification), De-rating and Formal board level verification and release
• Seek opportunities for Cost productivity in design and product life cycle
• Actively recommend new technology initiatives driving business & customer benefits.
• Ensure Reliability through Design for reliability processes.
• Be aware of and comply with the GE Healthcare Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines Qualifications/Requirements
