Eligibility Criteria
- Design & development of wind turbine mechanical components from concept to serial production, meeting design requirements for functionality, robustness, cost effectiveness etc.
- Design for X. Ownership to ensure quality of deliverables. Perform quality reviews & focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in design of bolted/welded, sheet metal constructions.
- Well versed in sheet metal manufacturing, fabrication and finishing processes. Manufacturing experience is added advantage.
- Specify realistic tolerances using GPS/GD&T.
- Good knowledge of FMEA and risk assessments. Identify validation and verification requirements.
- Exposure to International standards on safety and mechanical design.
- Highly skilled in 3D/2D CAD design using NX. Experience in Teamcenter.
- Experience of ERP systems like SAP.
- Experience of VAVE.
- Operate with an Innovative mindset and customer focus to deliver value.
- Well versed in Product Design & development best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to successfully drive technical solutions working with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving attitude, facilitation and coaching skills.
- Excellent personal organization, ability to prioritize and carry out multiple task.
