- Bachelor (or similar) or higher educational degree in mechanics or aeronautics (long experience may compensate for education)
- Creative thinking
- Knowledge in structural stress analysis
- Knowledge in aerodynamics
- Knowledge of Certification Specifications and other relevant Regulations
- Fluid in English language
- Experience in CAD systems

- Design of structural and mechanical solutions including CAD work (2d and 3d)
- 3d scanning and 3d printing
- Product Change Classification
- Structural stress analysis
- Compliance verification and certification
- Participate in bidding activity
- Take role as project engineer in design projects
