Eligibility Criteria
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes in the aerospace environment with several years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes, ideally within aircraft construction
- Knowledge of CATIA V5
- Pro-active, hands-on and structured way of working
- Very good communication skills in German and English
Job Description
- Reading and understanding of complex technical drawings and 3D models
- Checking design drawings regarding technical feasibility in the aircraft
- Development of work plans including aeronautical accompanying documents
- Determination of process optimization potentials by means of, P-FMEA, value stream analyses and time calculations
- Preparation of product, process and progress reports considering economic aspects
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to optimize and advance manufacturing processes
- Identification and implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies and improved manufacturing processes
- Supervision of volume production including incident management
