Job Description
- B.E Mechanical with 3 years of experience in Machining component Manufacturing process planning with IE standard and create SOE, OMS using Wplanner or MPP tools
- Execute unit Machining IE projects on individual capacity
- Minimum 1 year experience in machining processes
- Good knowledge of Industrial Engineering basics and theory.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Industrial Engineering.
- Good understanding of machining process
- Good knowledge of Statistics & Analytics
- Modifies existing performance pay plans; assists in development of baseline data for new wage performance pay plans.
- Participates in team studies related to capacity, energy, productivity and efficiency.
- Establishes routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, methods documentation, quality plans and labor standards for revisions to current operations and/or new parts or programs of limited scope.
- Create data visualization using Power BI or tableau
- Basic understanding with Python or R programming
