Eligibility Criteria
- Interfacing with all inter department teams right from marketing to service as so to start from understanding the marketing requirements and till service related activities. i.e., from start to end of project
- Abreast on latest technologies across industry
- Maintaining quality level targets as per agreement
- Adhering to committed timelines
- Program management & detailed documentation
- Open to short/medium term travel on need basis, across India & overseas
Job Description
- To design, develop and implement Lighting System - Exterior & Interior
- Benchmarking of lighting technologies
- POC, SOR, DVP, TSO & development for lighting systems, meeting all functional, quality & regulatory standards/requirements with in project time line.
- Interact with supplier from concept to SOP capturing all SOR requirements & address build & validation issues
- Managing and tracking of design release, development, validation & field failures
- Knowledge in Optics & CAE Thermal, Vibraton & Condensations
- Should have additional knowledge in Wiring harness, Electronics HW
- Review & release technical specifications & other documentations
- Should have detail knowledge in Optics, CAD packaging & design, DFMEA and GD&T
- Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of tools used in DFMEA, problem solving tools and techniques and project management tools ,
- Fluent in use of personal computer programs such as Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, project etc.
