Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering (preferably Mechanical);
- Min. 10 years relevant professional experience;
- Strong track record in the management of detailed engineering activities of process plants;
- Experience on Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC), Industrial Gases or Petrochemical projects;
- Strong organizational, communication and facilitation skills;
- Good commercial awareness with ability to evaluate change
- Field Engineering experience is an added advantage
Job Description
- Co-ordinating the Engineering activities on Large scale capital projects (Sale of Gas/Sale of Equipment).
- Co-ordinating with all Lead engineers and designers working on the project to ensure timely Engineering delivery under schedule and quality constraints
- Co-ordination of various design reviews, tracking and expediting action close out
- Support PEM in Evaluating changes that substantially impact the scope, budget, or schedule of a project
- Monitors progress and performance against the project schedule and raises timely flags
- Manages inter-disciplinary information flows, interfaces and conflicts
- Capable of foreseeing, analyzing and escalating issues arising from operations and resource constraints
- Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
