Eligibility Criteria
- 3+ Yrs Of Experience
- Strong JAVA and .Net development skills.
- Knowledge or working experience on RPA tools like Assyst Edge, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism and / or UIPath would be an added advantage
- Should be able to mentor and lead junior developers.
- Able to work with the technical leads and BA to deliver the final working product.
- Should be able to prepare technical delivery plans and solution validation.
- Good communication skills for business alignment and translation to IT requirements.
- Experienced with estimating software development.
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple, concurrent activities.
- Both independent and team worker.
- Excellent people, communication & co-ordination skills.
- Organized approach to planning, documenting and reporting.
- LEAN Daily Management (or willingness to learn).
