Eligibility Criteria
- Degree level qualification in appropriate engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical)
- Engineering design experience, preferably in Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical and/or other hygienic industries
- Understanding of sanitary design principles as applied to design of piping systems and associated process equipment
- Experience / understanding of systems designed for clean-in-place (CIP)
- Experience of working within, and leading, a technically oriented team
- Full driving license a strong advantage
- Good level of competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and AutoCAD
- Experience of other Autodesk products (e.g. AutoCAD 3D, Inventor) beneficial
- SAP experience beneficial
Job Description
- developing a mechanical design which meets the requirements of the proposal or project
- ensuring design phase outputs are delivered in line with the time schedule and quality requirements
- providing technical support regarding mechanical design aspects throughout project and bid lifecycles
- undertaking other technical tasks as required (e.g. site surveys, feasibility studies, support to sales, etc)
