- Nice to have experience in interacting with global stakeholders
Job Description
- Handling tickets (INC/SR/PRB) as per guidelines
- Must gain the knowledge about SAP PP/QM/VC modules
- Must provide necessary support to colleagues during support situations
- Must review all internal process documents
- Must adhere to defined company policies, values and code of conduct
- Must follow way of working that complies with Audit requirements
- Must work in various shifts for timely support to customers whenever needed.
- Good to build effective communication and rapport with all stakeholders
- Good to contribute in continuous improvement ideas for improving efficiency of team
- Good to take initiatives in learning opportunities along with SAP Skills as well as in other extracurricular activities.
