Job Description
- Responsible for the operational and management reporting responsibilities
- Develop monitoring and reporting capability to effectively track the performance of each functional

- Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams and drive daily numbers of the business unit
- Drive results in the volume of resolutions, reduction in variability, and high-quality scores
- Analyze data statistically and provide a meaningful and relevant summary
