Eligibility Criteria
- B.E/M.E (Mechanical Engineering).
- Should have an excellent understanding of the field of Structural Mechanics, Material Science, and Finite Element Methods.
- Should be an expert in performing Linear/Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis.
- Candidates with good knowledge of Fatigue Theory will have added advantages.
- Candidates with experience in using ANSYS
- Should have good experience in handling large assemblies with complex interactions.
- Should be able to deliver on projects as an individual contributor.
- Should be able to work in cross-functional teams.
- Candidates with Wind domain knowledge will have added advantages.
- Setup, validation, completion, and documentation of very complex calculation models.
- Ensure model and calculation documentation according to quality standards, task description, and customer needs.
- Responsible for quality, time & delivery schedule of his own projects.
- Collect and keep a record of all relevant information needed for the setup of the calculation model.
- Direct communication with MTU Germany for own projects.
Job Description
- The scope of the role is centered on assigned projects, and managing project-related activities from conception to completion. Responsibilities include detailed project planning, identifying resource and competency requirements, change management, risk management, reporting project metrics to senior management, coordination with multi-disciplinary teams, and internal and external stakeholders
