Eligibility Criteria
- Basic Experience of working with ansible.
- 0.6 - 1+ years of hands-on experience in Build Release management.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines, manage various tools required in the software lifecycle.
- Scripting in shell, and UNIX / Linux System administration.
- Skills: - Linux, Jenkins, Ansible, check_mk, Prometheus, Grafana
Job Description
- Eperience on Linux/Windows servers, network devices and monitoring.
- Monitor NOC operations for overall availability of timely reports and resolution of issues as per allocated service levels.
- Work as a central point of contact for all technical support teams and provide information for on-going incidents alert.
- Real-time acknowledgement and ownership of IT infrastructure alerts.
- Analyze, acknowledge and record each and every alert in the monitoring tool & handle the alert as per their impact.
