Job Description
- You will be part of one or more of the following teams
- Customer success
- Service companies which use eLitmus
- Campus & test delivery
- Ensure test is delivered with zero malpractices across India. This includes identifying test centre, proctors and defining best practices
- Onboard colleges to use eLitmus services
- Digital marketing
- This function is yet to be set up
- While your tasks could, prima facie, appear repetitive, after spending 6 months or so you will be expected to improve and make them perfect, and this requires an extensive knowledge base (for example using macros of excel).
- Though this role resembles a general management role, you will do well only if you are a geek / nerdish person. You are more likely to succeed with our customers if you are knowledge driven rather than just being able to talk well.
