Eligibility Criteria
- Extensive knowledge of Excel
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of SAP and TM1 a plus
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with ability to operate independently, drive processes, identify and implement process improvements, establish, and adjust priorities to achieve objectives and operate with speed and agility.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), able to work with diverse global teams
- Strong management skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and adjust priorities as needed
- Excellent attention to detail
- Coachable
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or other related field
- CPA or MBA a plus
- 3-5 years of progressive and related experience
- Previous supervisory experience desired
- Previous tax experience preferred
Job Description
- Assist and support period closings with Controller
- Work with Controller to prepare monthly consolidated reporting packages to present to corporate office
- Work alongside Corporate FP&A team to create and manage annual budgets
- Oversight of AP & AR recorded by local accounting team
- Assist Director of Finance with credit reporting and management
- Help prepare annual Federal and State Tax Filings and Provisions alongside Controller and Director of Finance
- Manage annual audit work alongside internal Finance team and external audit team.
