Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech / B.E. – EEE / ECE ( 2022/2021 pass outs )
- Any internship experience in relevant field/industry would be highly preferred.
- Academic percentage qualification should be minimum 60% in 10th & 12thand 70% in Graduation.
- Should have good communication skills.
Job Description
- Should support Production Manager in deriving production deployment plan as per delivery plan received from PPC.
- Should support Production Supervisor in optimal utilization of available human resources to achieve production plan as per RTS commitment.
- Should be responsible for periodical capacity planning to foresee probable bottlenecks and take requisite corrective/preventive measures accordingly.
- Should be responsible to continuously monitor and improve productivity and objectively reduce manpower.
- Should support Production supervisor in objectively reducing consumption of consumable or NonBOM items in overall production/assembly process.
- Should support Production supervisor in reduction of in-process/line rejection of material from sub-assembly/main assembly lines.
- Should take ownership of maintaining and continuously improving cycle time for each subassembly, thus reducing overall throughput time with support from production supervisor and manager.
- Should support production supervisor in implementing autonomous maintenance of plant equipment’s.
- Should support production supervisor in reducing rework done at sub-assembly/assembly.
- Should own the responsibility of optimizing assembly line/design as per principles of ergonomics and efficiency.
- Should be responsible for adherence of a pre defined procedure/SOP for issuance of material from stores
- Should be responsible to handover finished goods to logistics team for dispatch as pre defined procedure/SOP's and in lieu of RTS commitment.
- Should provide structured and functional feedback to Production Manager based on learnings during assembling/manufacturing process.
- Should ensure compliance and adherence of EHS standards by assembly oerator(s)/technician(s)/supervisor(s) as per set procedures and guidelines.
- Should ensure requisite PPE's (Personal Protective Equipment) are available with resources depending on the task assigned at all times.
- Should be accountable in ensuring no minor/major injuries/incidents occur at the assembly line
- Should immediately escalate and ensure requisite action is taken to remove hazards in case of any mishappening, as per pre defined safety escalation metrics and SOP's
- Should be responsible to develop and implement proven manufacturing and production process improvement methods and practices such as kaizen, quality circle, 5-S and so on.
