• Calculations for the design of the Hydraulics system & Component selection for Concrete Pump equipment.
• Preparation of 3D models and release of drawing for manufacturing in “Solid Edge” software.
• Design of weld structures & system integration.
• Design calculation as per Indian & European standards
• Initiation, definition, and monitoring of tests and measurements

Nice to Have Skills:

• Interpretation of hydraulic test result data.
• Resolving fields failures
• Coordination for Proto Assembly at shop-floor and Testing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare 3D models, Fabrication drawings, Assembly drawings, Bought out items, BOM
• Preparation of Hydraulic system design, Optimized routing layout.
• Preparation of Hydraulic circuit diagrams.
• Spare parts manual and operating manual support to Documentation and verification.
• Preparation of product updates on Brochures & catalogs.
• Preparation of Technical specifications, Testing parameters, and Pump Power setting.
• Coordination for Proto Assembly at shop floor and Testing.
• Study and prepare alternatives for bought-out items, and import substitution leading to cost reduction.
• Technical clarification to internal customers, vendors & suppliers.
• Generate new ideas and improve productivity.
• Field visits and give suggestions for product improvements.
• Prepare & update records for ISO, OHSAS
• Design calculation for new & existing parts.
• Resolving fields failures
• Study and analyze ECR, ECO received and make an implementation plan
