Job Description
- To handle customer queries & complaints using CHAT form
- To ensure customer satisfaction
- Proactive information’s & solutions providing to customer
- Escalate the customer grievances to the floor supervisor
- Handle critical situations and to ensure appropriate solutions to the customer on first go
- To Adhere to applicable standard operating procedures
