Eligibility Criteria
- Strong English communication, reading, writing, and content interpretation skills
- Basic Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of SQL, VBA Macros, or Python is a plus
- Client-oriented, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Job Description
- Conduct timely and in-depth screening, research, and review of company data and disclosures
- Learn the research methodology and processes quickly and apply that knowledge consistently
- Deliver on individual and team targets including production and quality as well as improve the overall performance quarter on quarter
- Establish and achieve the set SMART goals with the direction of the team lead
- Provide input and ideas for new data collection methods, product/ process improvements, and quality initiatives
- Own and drive continuous improvement within the process through Quality initiatives
