Eligibility Criteria
- Hands on experience of material testing and extrusion and good understanding of extrusion tools.
- AutoCAD Design knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)
- B.Tech / M.Tech with 0-2 years of experience with exposure to R&D
Job Description
- Understand the New Product requirements and customer expectations and plan development trials with proper data sheets, process sheets, raw materials, tooling (if needed, then design the tooling) and machines
- Execute development trials on machines within optimized timeline
- Test the product against set requirements and analyse the product physically and electrically
- Get product approval from the customers including witness testing, if required
- Preparing product technical documents for customer reference
- Maintain the records of all documents during the product development phases
- Follow 5 Gate process for product development
- Generating new ideas for product design, modification, and participate in patent filing
- Technical paper preparation and presentation at different symposium.
