Eligibility Criteria
- Internal auditor or risk manager experience
- Experience in Agile audit methodology
- To show ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- Excellent quantitative understanding and skills demonstrated through a relevant qualification or research experience
- Strong knowledge, understanding, and experience of the application of quantitative techniques in risk management across multiple asset classes and risk types

- As a Senior Audit Manager, you’ll support the development and delivery of a flexible and risk-based audit plan that addresses regulatory requirements and provides independent assurance. You’ll perform, review, and challenge audit work, including work on complex and large-scale audits.
- Developing and executing continuous risk assessment and monitoring, often taking responsibility for a particular business area or risk element
- Providing quality, efficient, and effective assurance, and influencing business managers to improve control
- Leading and coaching a small team as they deliver audit engagements, making sure they're delivered to budget and on time
- Contributing to continuous risk assessment and monitoring, taking responsibility for your business area or risk element
- Sharing the quality and consistency of audit work across our global audit teams
- To succeed in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate an ability to lead a team delivering projects while keeping a firm hand on budget, schedule, and quality. You’ll have a detailed knowledge of the regulatory environment along with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
