- Hands on Remedy: know-how of CR registering, opening, closer. Incident registering and tracking.
- OTN-Huawei, 8800, 9800, U9800, 3900, 6800, Metro Core/Ciena 5400, 6500. L0 Ciena/ Huawei.
- ECI: Troubleshooting on ECI CWDM, Online support to team. Coordinating with vendor on ECI Bg-40, BG-64, XDM-100, 2K, XDM-300POA, proactive cases resolution. NPT technology. 1200, 1800, 1050, 1021
