Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in Requirements Engineering, in particular supporting Systems Engineering Managers with your technical expertise;
- The agility to work across multiple projects; problem solving, contributing to bids and tenders and training junior engineers;
- A track record in delivering high-quality work to effectively build and maintain client relationships;
- Proficiency with DOORS Classic or DOORS Next; and
- Rail industry experience will be highly regarded.

Job Description
- Setup requirements management process and procedures by developing Requirements Management Plan for relevant projects;
- Setup of DOORS database (Classic and Next);
- Conduct requirement analysis and elicit requirements from stakeholders;
- Development of System Requirement Specifications (SRS);
- Coordinate the review of the requirements and ensure all requirements classification and verification/validation method are agreed with clients;
- V&V review and audit activities, which include the review of requirements management plan and V&V plan received from all system suppliers; and
- Ensure requirement traceability and produce Requirement Traceability Matrix.
