Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: ITI (10th + 2 years) /12th Vocational/ Diploma—Technical stream
- Experience: NIL
- Knowledge – Knowledge of computers is an advantage. Should know to usehand tools, do conversions from metric to English, ability to interpret drawings.
- Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Physical dexterity.
- Must work in shifts format
Job Description
- Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods, working in a space that lacks climate control or lifting objects with an established maximum weight.
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Following health and safety standards.
- Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
- Assembling products and parts.
- Following production guidelines and specifications.
- Maintaining 5S standards.
- Packaging products for shipment.
- Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.
- Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
- Reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by Team Leader/Supervisor.
