Eligibility Criteria
- University / College degree in finance / business
- Deep understanding of Diageo financial processes, with particular focus on financial controlling, decision support and P&L reporting
- Excellent communication skills with senior partners
- Curious, willing to dig deeper into data and explore linkages
- Able to draw insights from finance and non-finance data
- Detailed oriented, structured in approach to work
- Willing to be flexible and work across work-streams as needed
- Self-motivated, team-player
- Fluent English
Job Description
- Data gathering and analysis from all possible applications
- Contribute in data publication through Tableau or power BI
- Publish daily / monthly / yearly KPI’s
- Highlight key challenges across KPI’s / SLA’s, if any
- Highlight specific trending for key metrices in the P2P vertical
- Customer service and managing relationships with demanding customers
- Maintain RAID / learning logs and minutes for all meetings
- Communicating effectively, organizational skills, problem solving and multi-tasking
- Compliance and controls (experience in audits or part of programs where compliance is important)
- Operating effectively in a changing environment and using initiative
