Eligibility Criteria
- Hardware and networking Knowledge is Required
- Working Knowledge in Windows 10 and Linux
- Knowledge about Networking Protocols TCP, UDP, STP, DHCP, IPSEC, and DNS
- Working Knowledge in NMS Tools would be a plus
- Any certification in cloud platform would be a plus
Job Description
- Service Desk (Installation, Troubleshooting of Desktops, Laptops, and Network)
- Installation and Troubleshooting in Windows Operating System and Linux
- Monitoring On-Premises Network Devices and Cloud Servers
- Managing all aspects of a companys cloud-based application including its comprehensive user access permissions.
- Setting up cloud-based applications according to a companys and Users specifications and needs.
- Troubleshooting cloud-based applications.
- Billing and Budget Monitoring
- Maintaining Compliance as per IT Policies and Procedures
- Documentation and reporting
