Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent;
- Previous experience with Temenos technologies;
- Knowledge of IT operations;
- Experience working with High Availability and Disaster Recovery architectures and solutions;
- Experience maintaining a virtual environment required.
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills;
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) an advantage;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Customer centricity and service delivery minded;
Job Description
- Run COB through Cloud
- For local job crashes during COB, need to discuss with client or third parties
- For CORE jobs consult with 24x7 front office and resolve it
- Report on COB compilation with supporting documents
- Perform data backup, for month end ensure to take database backup and for other days ensure correct point in time restore time is taken\Report on COB compilation with supporting documents.
- TSS Issue handling
- Company Creation
- Data Migration
- PACS data corrections implementation
- For problems related to connectivity contact Technology team
- Investigation and troubleshooting on arising technical issues
- Providing technical support and management, working closely with internal and Infrastructure Partner support teams during Incident response and resolution;
- Ensure that services are delivered to SLAs and that service requests and incidents are responded to in timely and conclusive manner;
- Provide updates and recommendations to management for service adjustments;\
- Work with other Temenos teams to build, maintain and improve monitoring practice across all services
- Investigate and resolve events that arise from monitoring.
- Actively participate and lead initiatives that drive service improvement.
