Job Description
- You will be part of Customer support team and will be providing technical support to enterprise customer and partners of Seclore.
- You will be responsible for helping people use applications by answering their questions and giving information that facilitates correct operation of Seclore products over the phone, chat and / or email, diagnosing malfunctions in the operation of software and correcting application software malfunctions
- Research on array of topics like operating system & its fundamentals, Infrastructure technologies, and Seclore products as and when needed
- We are looking for an enthusiast problem solver who love multitasking and works well in a fast-paced environment.
- This is an excellent opportunity for young passionate problem solvers to work with Enterprise/Corporate customers and troubleshoot rectify the problems reported and get to know different IT landscapes, OS, Software s, networking, Webserver, App servers , Active directory and so on.
