• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Ceramic engineering, or a similar field

• Ceramic and metal wire harness components
• Manufacturing processes at supplier and plant
• Simulation and design for improvements
• Material expert

Tasks

• Technical evaluation of design changes
• planning of experiments on the production line (DoE)
• Problem-solving of quality deviations in customer projects, production, and field
• Development support of ramp-up activities of manufacturing lines
• technical consulting of plant teams, international development network 
• Project support of development activities on existing platforms: RPP, material changes

Additional Information

• Design knowledge
• Material expertise (especially in ceramic)
• Understanding of manufacturing processes (ceramic); hands-on experience preferred
• Tolerance calculations
• DoE experience
• DfR, DRBFM preferred
• Self-motivation for technical deep dive
