Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent Knowledge & Understanding of Business Objects and SQL.
- Good Knowledge of Web Intelligence reports and Business Objects Designer
- Good Knowledge of Desktop Intelligence reports
- Flair for learning new tools & technology
- Knowledge of JIRA, ServiceNow, release management will be an added advantage but not critical
- Specific Qualifications (if required)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication skills both oral and written to be able to work with a varied user base
- Stakeholder coordination & management
Job Description
- The role is for a Software Engineer with experience of working within a dynamic Work with the Business Objects Designer in preparing and modifying Universes
- Work extensively on Web Intelligence reports.
- Good working knowledge of the migration process from BOXI6.5to BOXI4 and to resolve issues related to migration
- Working knowledge of Promotion Management
- Strong knowledge on Desktop Intelligence, BO Scheduling, create publications and profiles extensively
- Strong performance tuning knowledge, identify bottlenecks in queries and remediate them
- Work proactively to solve issues and problems
- Create use cases and assist in UAT testing efforts for the developed solutions
- Strong performance tuning knowledge, identify bottlenecks in queries and remediate them
- Code, maintain, test and provide code reviews for developed processes and procedures
