Eligibility Criteria
- Education: University degree or relevant degree in the field of engineering.
- Experiences: Min. 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Hydraulic filtration products.
- Knowledge & Skills: Catia design tool experience, Design knowledge on sheet metal parts, Aluminium die Casting parts, Injection moulding/ Plastic parts, Material selection.
- Knowledge in Tooling’s, FMEA, GD & T, Problem solving technique, Simple strength calculation, Rapid prototyping, Product knowledge in Liquid filters (Hydraulic products), Solution oriented, Creativity. Experience working in the Off road application industry (hydraulic application).
- Foreign language/Computer ability: Fluency in Technical English (write and speak), German language would be added advantage. Knowledge on basic’s computes and IT tools is must.
- Personal Quality: To work in team, Quick grasp, Communication, Presentation skills & Ability to work
Job Description
- Responsible for the design and development of Heavy duty Hydraulic filtration system.
- Participate in/ Support the lead engineer (EVA) in the development of the design concept for the product to meet internal / Customer product specification.
- Works with operations to understand process capabilities; makes product design recommendations in-line with production strategies.
- To handle CAD tasks as assigned by Hydraulic LPE / global hydraulic team.
- Support the product Expect in obtaining the patents and in protecting the patents for the new/ existing products.
- Works with cross functional teams to evaluate product designs and specifications to determine feasibility while minimizing costs to develop and manufacture.
- To analyze results and optimize design to performance , cost and robust manufacturing
- Participate and support production during the serial production. And actively participate and support DLS work shop and annual objectives.
- Prepare and maintain the technical documentation regarding the design and development of the product within the relevant product group.
