Eligibility Criteria
- Required Qualification:- Any Graduate Fresher with good communication skills (Both written & spoken) or someone with an experience of 6 months to 2 years into voice/chat or blended role is eligible for this position.
- Note:- Immediate Joiners required Role- 1'B Process Associate (for Customer Service / Street Works area)
Job Description
- BPS Customer Service / Customer Handling experience, Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), Excellent computer proficiency, Comfortable with 24/7 working environment / Comfortable with Flexible-offs
- Adept in MS Office (XL/Word)
- Should have good Typing skills with accuracy as detailed below:
- Utilities requirement threshold Speed (WPM) Accuracy (%) Minimum C2 - Restricted use 20 90% Should not have limitations in regards to identifying colors ( no color blindness) Role:
- The purpose of this role is to provide an excellent customer service by answering incoming queries from customers.
- This role will report into the Customer Service Team leader and will require shift flexibility & quality delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Manage both incoming and outgoing contact to and from our customers using all available methods of contact (email/letters)
- Work actively as a team to achieve a top quartile position and performance is achieved consistently
- Help manage and support all aspects of customers queries from move homes, billing, payment plan to meter exchange/exceptions
- Help to support our continuous improvement & reduction in repeat contact (unwanted, wanted and associated complaints) month on month by ensuring timely processing of work with quality Ensure we are delivering a first class customer service through proactive communication .
