Eligibility Criteria
- Have a Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Computer Science with a total of 3 years of experience
- Around 2 years of experience in the Machine Learning/ Deep Learning domain.
- Hands-on experience with C++/Python/Javascript.
- Led and Worked on an ML/DL project which is being used in the real world.
- Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms and data structure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and divergent thinker.
- Ability to take a problem, analyze, design, educate team members on it and work with them to solve the problem with high quality and on time.
- Experience in designing solutions for high availability (scaling, caching, etc.)
- Experience with data gathering and preparation for ML models.
Job Description
- Deliver ML/DL models and components that solve real-world business problems, while working in collaboration with the Product and other internal teams.
- Solve complex problems by writing and testing application code, developing and validating ML models, and automating tests and deployment.
- Collaborate as part of a cross-functional Agile team to create and enhance software that enables state-of-the-art, next-generation machine learning applications.
- Leverage cloud-based architectures and technologies to deliver optimized ML models at scale.
- Construct optimized data pipelines to feed ML models.
- Use programming languages like Python or
- Node.js.
- Leverage continuous integration and continuous deployment best practices, including test automation and monitoring, to ensure successful deployment of ML models and application code.
- Provide support to internal customers who are integrating ML models.
- Advocate for software and machine learning engineering best practices.
- Function as the engineering Tech Lead for large-scale initiatives.
- Recruit and mentor junior engineering talent.
