Eligibility Criteria
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience in IT and /or Security
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a compliance executive or Sr. Executive role
- Experience in GDPR, NIST Framework, ISO 27001-27002, Service Organization trust service criteria (SOC 1 2) is preferred
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures
- Excellent communication skills

Job Description
- Act as a connection and liaison between department heads and senior management
- Conduct regular assessments to ascertain whether policies are compliant with the law
- Ensures that all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes
- Assist Compliance Manager in day-to-day activities related to Compliance
- Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance.
- Professionalism, problem-solving, customer-facing and handling skills, time management, written and verbal communication, presentation skills, active listening, and flexibility.
- Ability to think holistically and identify areas of technical and non-technical risk
- Comfortable working in ambiguous and/or undefined situations.
