Eligibility Criteria
- Experience with supporting various applications
- MongoDB knowledge or other NoSQL database skills
- Experience with Linux/Unix and shell scripting
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and browsers
- Experience with containerization platforms like Openshift
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ownership of problems and following them through in an end-to-end manner
- Coordinate with other support teams to solve issues

- Help the development team with automation
- Support Incident, Problem and Emergency Incident Management as required, prioritize requests in accordance with agreed criteria and the needs of the organization in accordance with SLAs
