Job Description
- Plan, analyze, and author high-quality technical documentation with thorough requirement analysis/information gathering
- Deliver high-quality content that is technically and legally accurate which is very critical
- Constantly engage with development teams and other SMEs to check for new features of the product and develop a knowledge base in the team
- Interact with the Marketing team and gather information related to the upcoming products and features
- Ability to work independently or with limited supervision
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to technology, tools, and processes.
- A strong team player as well as an individual contributor.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and complete projects within deadlines.
