- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment management and asset management
- Knowledge of performance attribution analysis, and calculation methods.
- Knowledge of statistical risk measures and how to calculate them.

- Fund effective understandings
- Effective communications skills. Good written and spoken English.
Job Description
- Generation and distribution of reports (Factsheets, Investment Reviews, Accounting Packs, Management reporting) data to third parties (ie: feeds to the clients internet sites) or other outputs (Investment Grids)
- Responsibilities related to daily / Monthly service delivery: IRP is in the process of defining a new set of daily / Monthly on line services accessible via Internet implying a new set of monitoring and control services to be handled by IRP Chennai OPS team
- Updating Daily / Monthly Index value data and constituent data into system
- Timely updation of procedure documents (SOP), Maintenance of production checklist, Participate & contribute in error log discussion.Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Maintain effective / proactive communication with internal / external stakeholders to ensure high quality service delivery. Follow up of production queries
- Timely escalation of issues to the concerned parties for quick and proactive resolution of queries
- Maintain good interpersonal relations with onshore / offshore teamsManaging the relation and answering client queries,
