Job Description
- Creation of failed shipments in SCM
- Sharing Temperature report with the markets.
- Triaging tickets and handling issues through tickets.
- Capturing data in RTTM tracker and to improve the process further.
- Assisting 3rd party markets on onboarding to SCM platform.
