Eligibility Criteria
- Experience working in a customer service or administrative role, ideally supporting a sales team or agent
- Demonstrated experience using a CRM tool or ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous)
- Strong oral and written fluency in English (other European languages are a bonus)
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with internal and external clients
- Forward-thinking, solution focused, and a team player
- Advanced knowledge of Windows® and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- A degree in commerce, business administration, or similar field is advantageous
Job Description
- Assist our Channel and Enterprise Sales teams in the EMEA Region
- Process orders by utilizing our ERP system
- Create quotations in collaboration with the account managers
- Respond to different partner queries (e.g. regarding pricing, products or invoices) via email and ticketing system
- Maintaining data quality in CRM and other systems
- Assist and support with other operational tasks as required
