Job Description
- Managing the Quality domain on voice business for business excellence.
- Auditing call of the agents and providing value added feedback
- Maintaining track of daily monitoring targets and adherence
- Trend Analysis: Comparison of week by week, month by month team scores, drawing an action plan by recognizing area of improvement.
- Maintaining the call analysis report and sharing the same with Quality Head.
- Capturing Voice of customer from call recordings
- Providing process improvement recommendations for product and process
