Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent in the IT field
- Extensive experience of building and maintaining Java-based backend applications
- Fluency with platforms and frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot)
- Knowledge of design and development principles (e.g., OOD, OOP, TDD, BDD, DDD)
- Testing experience and expertise with testing frameworks
- Experience in application supportability, resiliency, capacity, and scalability management
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, Kubernetes, Streaming data) is desirable but not essential
- Good knowledge of any UI framework/library like React
Job Description
- Design, implement and maintain new and existing Java-based applications
- contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle
- Apply best development practices to produce well designed, testable and efficient code
- Provide technical expertise, recommendations and innovative solutions
- work collaboratively in a small agile team alongside the product owner and other technologists
- share expertise and best practice with colleagues and contribute regularly to our engineering
