Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates with excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding and hands on experience with visualisation tools (e.g., PowerBI).
- Intermediate to advance Excel, basic knowledge on Python and SQL.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Keen interest and passion for learning new technologies or data skills.
Job Description
- Collaborate with internal and external customers in addressing their queries well within the timelines.
- Work in an agile, collaborative manner to foster an environment of continuous improvement.
- Collect data on companies, product & service categories and other energy data to deliver market insights
- Handling escalations on priority basis.
- Complete regular data processing tasks, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and integrity of data from various internal and external industry sources.
- Identify and automate existing processes in delivering efficiencies.
