- Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity as required
- Thorough knowledge of the process
- Timely closure of all required task as per the TAT
- Handling emails from clients
- Involved in resolving customer queries
- Completes additional assigned tasks as required
