Eligibility Criteria
- Completion of a computer qualification or related discipline
- Advanced knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows 10
- Advanced knowledge of Windows applications such as Office 365
- Very good knowledge of both iOS and Android mobile device operating systems
- Keen interest in new technology
- Knowledge of PABX\VOIP systems are an advantage
- Experience in a customer service or support role
Job Description
- Support our suite of applications such as Office 365
- Setup, deploy, and support staff in the setup of mobile devices
- Manage basic tasks in the phone system
- Help out the global IT team with tasks and projects as required
- Ensure employees have a smooth onboarding experience by assisting with the installation and first-time login of systems (this may include preparing packs to send to remote employees, and offering virtual assistance)
- Assist with procurement of software and hardware from approved suppliers
- Develop and maintain documentation (such as user guides) for our internal knowledge base ‘Confluence'
