Eligibility Criteria
- Work with multiple internal teams within Croma like Merchandisers, Customer Support, Product, Supply Chain, Consumer Insights, etc. to identify business trends and patterns to aid action planning
- Conduct daily / weekly/ monthly stand-up meetings with key stakeholders to deep dive into business operations and suggest recommendations, when required
- Identify gaps in SLAs across multiple tracks like delivery, returns, cancellations, etc. basis business data
- Cross tab data (structured and unstructured) across multiple sources and channels to provide holistic reporting (via dashboards) and analysis to solve complex business issues
- Develop specific, customized reports, ad hoc analysis, data visualisations in business-friendly manners to drive adoption
- Adherence to data management / governance policies of the company
