Job Description
- Verification of the patient data mentioned in the medical records
- Ensure the inquiries are reviewed as per procedures and completed
- Ensure activities are processed as per work instructions and escalate to the Team Leader in case of any deviation / clarification
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems simultaneously
- Suggest areas of improvement in the process
- Maintains accurate records, including timekeeping records
- Meets all production and quality standards
- Ready to work in shifts as required
- Other duties as assigned or requested
