Eligibility Criteria
- Degree – B.Com / M.Com / MBA / PGDM (Specialization in Commerce or Finance - Full time program)
- Candidates with minimum aggregate score of 60% & above with no current backlogs
- Should be open to work in Investment Banking Operations domains & should be flexible to work in any of below shifts (both regular / rotational)
Job Description
- Taking corrective measures/action in consultation with the Assistant Manager/Senior Associate
- Escalate unresolved open items to the Assistant Manager/Senior Associate
- Maintain Communication Channels with internal peer groups
- Participate in Cross Training and ensure the Knowledge transfer between the team and processes is happening on periodic basis
- Participate in Brain Storming Sessions and share the best practices and ideas with the peer groups and team members
- Consistently evaluate and update documented procedures to ensure they are complete, accurate and current
- The position interfaces with other Process Associates, Mid Office Staff, Relationship Managers and Clients
- The position interfaces with International Team Members of BNP Group and its Clients or Vendors or Sub-Custodians
