Eligibility Criteria
- Familiar with ITIL and ITSM process and tools – Incident, Problem, Change Management. Service Now is the ITSM tool used across NXP IT.
- Familiar with Agile WoW – CCoE uses SAFe for planning and delivery purpose. Jira is used for requirements and demand management
- Experience with implementing Test and Release management and DevSecOps ways of working
- Ability to see bigger picture and how a piece of work fits into overall scheme of things
- True team player, very good soft skills (for enablement work)
- Possess learning mindset and have strong analytical/troubleshooting skills
