Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Paint technology/Chemical engineering/Mechanical
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Automation & Paint shops
- Ability to Paint robot system commission, functional program module writing, process debugging and problem handling
- In depth knowledge of Atomizers/Spray gun and gluing, flaming, blowing, wipe, film thickness detection
- Familiar with Sealant equipment like ABB IDFP, Graco PCF, SCA Dozer, and Powder coating/Solvent-borne paints/waterborne paint knowledge
- Highly motivated team player with a collaborative, learning & solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills
Job Description
- Managing and monitoring project during whole execution period until get FAC
- Achieving paint process parameters on surface like DFT, gloss, color values etc
- Robot application programming, industrial robot/spraying robot debugging (gluing, flaming, blowing, wipe, film thickness detection)
- Vision system measuring and maintaining, and be able to complete a new model introduction robot simulation independently
- Working on underbody coating and spray applications
- Supporting in Paint Process parameters achievement
- Hands on Experience in robot disassembly and maintenance activities
